In wonderful pale blue 
First issued in 1988 and Reissued 1990 /2003 ....not sure what year this plissey was issued.
Silk is still crisp and has a sheen  ...note mild color fading on the blue border ...not noticable on wearing 
Price reflects condition so please ask questis before buying .
